We provide a wide range of Title IX services for public school districts within Central Virginia, including leading training, conducting investigations, writing decisions, hearing appeals, and advising Title IX staff. We also assist with certain non-Title IX civil rights investigations (for allegations of discrimination or harassment based on a protected class). Our services are customizable to meet school districts' needs and budgets.
About Us
K12 Title IX Services is led by Sarah Esterhay, who recently served as Title IX Coordinator for a large public school district in Virginia. Beyond having direct Title IX experience with a K-12 institution, Sarah is an attorney who has worked in compliance and litigation roles, as well as in higher education administration. Sarah is also a parent of three school-age children.

We are located in in Charlottesville, Virginia and primarily focused on supporting public school districts within Central Virginia.
